Né à Paris en 1971, j'ai commencé la photo vers l'age de 15 ans et n'ai jamais arrêté depuis.

Born in Paris in 1971, I began taking photos around the age of 15 and have not stopped since.

Première exposition sur le thème de « l'artiste dans son atelier » à la Maison Nationale des artistes en 1991 avec la chance d'avoir la visite de Willy Ronis.

In 1991 I held my first exhibition. Organized around the theme of the « artist in his workshop », it took place at the Maison Nationale des Artistes and I had the good fortune to receive a visit from Willy Ronis.

Premières commandes pour les Editions de l'Interligne (Dr Kouchner), je sillonne la France pour réaliser des portraits de professeurs pour une vingtaines de revues de laboratoires pharmaceutiques.

My first commission was for Dr. Kouchner's les Editions de l'Interligne and it gave me the chance to travel all over France to take portrait shots of various professors for twenty or so pharmaceutical journals.

En 1997, j'ai la chance de rencontrer après un défilé de mode à l'UNESCO une personne exceptionnelle qui deviendra une amie et mon meilleur agent.

Depuis 1997, je travaille régulièrement pour l'UNESCO à la réalisation de portraits et reportages à Paris ainsi qu'a l'étranger.

Following a fashion show in 1997, I had the chance to meet an exceptional person who went on to not only become a dear friend, but also my greatest supporter. Since that chance encounter, I have been regularly working with UNESCO, taking portrait shots and working on news pieces, both here in Paris as well as all over the world.

Je deviens photographe officiel de la Cour Grand-Ducale de Luxembourg, quelques années de visites officielles et beaux voyages pour des sujets magazines.

Je deviens également correspondant à Paris de l'ONU comme photographe de Kofi Annan lors de ces déplacements à Paris.

That chance encounter in 1997 was the beginning of a series of chance encounters. I became the official photographer for the Grand-Ducal Court of Luxemburg, and over the course of several years had the honor to cover their official visits and missions abroad for magazine articles. At about the same time, I became a UN correspondant here in Paris and served as the official photographer to Kofi Annan whenever he came to Paris.

J'ai la chance de réaliser de nombreux portraits (comme le Dalai Lama à Dharamsala pour Paris Match ou plus récemment Les chefs étoiles à Courchevel Pour 3 Etoiles) et reportages pour la presse française et étrangères.

I have had the chance to photograph many wonderful and interesting people (the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala for Paris Match, or, more recently, the Michelin-starred chefs of Courchavel for 3 Etoiles) and contribute to news pieces for French and foreign press.

Je commence à faire des portraits et photos corporate pour de grandes entreprises et agences de pub. En 2000, commande de l'Institut d'art contemporain et Ministère de la Culture Portugais pour des portraits de plasticiens portugais, suivis qu'une exposition à l'Institut Camoes à Paris et de 6 mois d'expositions des les différentes FNAC au Portugal et l'éditions d'un livre "Um olhar sobre artistes portugueses no limiar do terceiro milénio" dont les ventes sont au profit de l'Association SOL, cette exposition a été réexposée au Musée d'art contemporain d'Aveiro en 2011.

In 2000, I began to focus on portraits and corporate photography for mid- to large-size companies and advertising agencies. At the same time, I was commissioned by the Portugese Ministry of Culture and the Contemporary Art Institute of Portugal for a series of portraits of Portugese artists. The photos were exhibited at the Institut Camoes in Paris and in different FNAC stores around Portugal for a six month period. They were also the subject of a book, Um olhar sobre artistes portugueses no limiar do terceiro milénio, the proceeds of which were donated to the « Association SOL ». In 2011, the portraits were exhibited once again at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Aveiro, Portugal.

I have received a reward for my work from the « Institut Social de France et de l'Union Européenne » and my photographs have been recognized by The International Association of Art of UNESCO.

Depuis 2004, je suis le photographe officiel de l'Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie

I have been the official photographer for the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie since 2004.

Depuis 2005 je travaille également pour le ministère des Affaires Etrangères.

I have been commissioned to take photographs by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2005.

Comme me disait un jour l'Abbé Pierre à Alfortville : " tu en mets pleins de beaux souvenirs dans ta petite boite", depuis, je me laisse guider par ma bonne étoile...

As the Abbé Pierre told me one day while we were working on a news piece in Alfortville: « You are capturing so many beautiful memories in your little box. » Ever since, I have dared to let my lucky star guide me in my work.
